1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the phdream5 website, mobile application, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

2.2 Jurisdiction. The phdream5 Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. phdream5 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.
2.3 Capacity. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law, that you are not acting on behalf of any third party, and that you are not a politically exposed person subject to enhanced due diligence requirements.
2.4 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on phdream5. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
2.5 Excluded Persons. Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of phdream5, as well as their immediate family members residing in the same household, are not eligible to register or maintain a player account on the Platform.
3.1 To access the full features of the phdream5 Platform, you must complete the registration process and create a player account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phdream5 account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify phdream5 immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. phdream5 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
3.3 phdream5 reserves the right to conduct identity verification ("KYC") procedures at any time, including at registration, prior to processing withdrawals, or upon reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity. You agree to provide all documentation requested by phdream5 for KYC purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
3.4 phdream5 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where phdream5 reasonably suspects that the information provided is inaccurate, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. phdream5 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfer through participating Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards bearing the Visa or Mastercard logo may also be accepted for deposits. All payment information on this Platform is for informational purposes only.
4.2 Prohibited Payment Methods. phdream5 does not accept deposits funded by credit cards for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations. phdream5 does not accept cryptocurrency of any kind, including but not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, or any other digital asset.
4.3 Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as specified on the phdream5 Platform at the time of the transaction. phdream5 reserves the right to modify minimum transaction amounts at any time with reasonable notice.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. phdream5 targets a withdrawal processing time of under five (5) minutes for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals, subject to successful KYC verification and the absence of any pending bonus wagering requirements. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution. phdream5 does not guarantee specific processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
4.5 Currency. All transactions on the phdream5 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.
4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. phdream5 complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. phdream5 reserves the right to request documentation to verify the source of funds at any time.
5.1 phdream5 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion on the phdream5 Platform.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be specified in the promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. phdream5 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where phdream5 reasonably determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using prohibited betting patterns, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional terms.
5.4 One Welcome Bonus Per Player. The welcome bonus is available to new phdream5 players only, limited to one (1) claim per person, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. phdream5 reserves the right to verify eligibility before crediting any welcome bonus.
5.5 phdream5 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts prior to the modification.
6.1 All games available on the phdream5 Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) rates for slot games are published on the respective game information pages.
6.2 In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on phdream5's servers, the server-side result shall be deemed definitive and final.
6.3 phdream5 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical malfunction, software error, or human error has materially affected the outcome. In such cases, the affected stake will be returned to the player's account.
6.4 Players are prohibited from using any software, tool, algorithm, or strategy designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players, including but not limited to bots, automated betting scripts, or exploit-based strategies.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. 11.3 phdream5 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude phdream5's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
12.1 You may close your phdream5 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (net of any applicable bonus forfeitures) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.
12.2 phdream5 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, where phdream5 reasonably determines that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where required by applicable law or regulatory authority.
12.3 Upon termination of your account for any reason, all licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the phdream5 Platform shall first be submitted to phdream5's customer support team for informal resolution. phdream5 will endeavor to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.
13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
13.4 phdream5 operates in compliance with the regulatory framework overseen by PAGCOR. Players may also refer unresolved complaints to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.
14.1 phdream 5 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phdream5 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will specify the effective date of the changes.
14.2 Your continued use of the phdream5 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.1.
